Compensation Report → E. Other E. Other The Company provides a group insurance policy for Supervisory and Managing Board members and certain other employees of the Siemens Group. The policy is taken out for one year at a time or renewed annually. It covers the personal liability of the insured individuals in cases of financial loss associated with their activities on behalf of the Company. The insurance policy for fiscal 2023 includes a deductible for the members of the Managing Board that complies with the requirements of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG).
